This policy describes how Nomadis (“Nomadis,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use YUM, our recipe and social cooking web application.

YUM is operated by Nomadis. The data controller for YUM is Nomadis (or the Nomadis entity named in your agreement or product terms, if different).

- Account and identity data — If you sign in, we receive identifiers and profile details from our authentication provider (for example, name, email, user id) as configured in Clerk or another identity service.
- Content you provide — Recipes, titles, ingredients, steps, images, tags, and similar material you submit.
- Usage and technical data — Such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostics needed to run and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and improve YUM, authenticate users, personalize your experience, measure interest in features, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate with you about the service where appropriate.
