Margarita Muy Especial is a bright, unapologetically fresh take on the classic margarita. Built with crisp tequila blanco, freshly squeezed lime juice, and homemade syrup, it delivers a clean balance of citrus, and sweetness

Ingredients

  • 3 parts Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4 parts tequila blanco (Lalo is the best!)
  • 2 parts simple syrop (Homemade)
  • ice

Steps

  1. Add tequila, lime juice, and syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake hard until well chilled.
  2. Salt rim for a more classic margarita (Optional)
  3. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, or into a chilled coupe if serving up.
  4. Decorate with a lime wedge on the rim before serving.
